I start with preliminary research to save time and reduce costs. I check the availability of parish registers and other records in archives, parishes, and online databases.

If the verification confirms that the necessary sources are available, I move on to the detailed genealogical research phase.

What about costs?

Before we begin detailed research, I will check whether the records from the locations where your ancestors lived are available. Occasionally, documents from specific years or places have not survived. That’s why it’s essential to conduct PRELIMINARY RESEARCH to verify their existence.

If the records are available, we can immediately proceed with detailed research!

I collaborate with law firms specializing in citizenship cases. Together, we can comprehensively prepare the documentation needed to submit your application.
 What you receive:
– Your family tree in electronic form (PDF/JPG) — ready to print in any format
– A complete set of found documents — birth, marriage, death certificates, tombstone photos, parish and civil registry records, census lists, and more
– A full genealogical report — including documentation, translations, commentary, and my explanations
– Maps of your ancestors’ places of origin — so you can see exactly where your family came from

– time dedicated to genealogical research (approximately 80 hours)
– all administrative fees (copies of documents, etc.)

– Sometimes, some documents from a given locality (e.g., parish registers, official records) have not yet been digitized and are only available in paper form — in state archives, diocesan archives, or directly in parishes.

For people of Jewish origin, documentation may be stored in regional archives, Jewish Religious Community archives, or specialized institutions dedicated to the history of the Jewish community.

In such cases, I personally visit the appropriate institution to conduct research and obtain the necessary materials Professional Genealogical Research
 The cost of obtaining documents from archives, parishes, and religious institutions is – 1245 USD and includes:
– approximately 40 hours of research work dedicated to source analysis and document retrieval,
– all administrative fees — including costs for copies, scans, and archive, parish, or institutional fees,
– travel to the selected location within Poland — regardless of the place (state archive, diocesan archive, parish, or an institution holding documentation of the Jewish community, e.g., Jewish Religious Community, Jewish Historical Institute).
